Louisiana’s Premier Seafood Competition Comes to Jefferson Parish
At Pigéon Catering & Events, we are passionate about celebrating Louisiana’s rich culinary traditions, which is why we’re excited to be part of the 19th Annual Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off, coming to Jefferson Parish for the very first time.
Hosted at the Pontchartrain Center on Friday, June 26, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., this premier Louisiana food event will bring together 13 of the state’s most talented chefs as they compete for the coveted title of Louisiana Seafood King or Queen. Guests will have the opportunity to watch the live culinary competition, sample incredible seafood dishes, and experience the creativity that makes Louisiana cuisine world-renowned.

As one of the event’s featured caterers, Pigéon Catering & Events is honored to help showcase the best of Louisiana seafood and hospitality. Leading up to the event, our team joined Visit Jefferson Parish on WDSU to highlight one of our signature creations, the Crawfish and Corn Miso Vol-au-Vent—a dish that combines local Louisiana ingredients with innovative culinary techniques.
